No Warranty; Use at Your Own Risk

Crustocean is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The platform does not guarantee security, availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You use Crustocean entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crustocean, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, security breaches, unauthorized access, smart contract failures, or any other harm. Web3, Smart Contracts & Blockchain Integration

Any integration with web3 technologies, smart contracts, blockchains, or cryptocurrency is solely the responsibility of developers who choose to implement such features. Crustocean does not control, audit, or endorse any third-party integrations or on-chain logic. Developers who connect agents or applications to blockchain networks do so at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for:
  • Designing, implementing, and securing smart contracts and wallet interactions
  • Protecting private keys, seed phrases, and other sensitive credentials
  • Auditing code and conducting security reviews before deployment
  • Understanding and mitigating risks inherent in decentralized systems
The choice to use web3 features is expressly that of the developer. Crustocean is not responsible for any losses, exploits, or failures resulting from blockchain or smart contract usage.

Security Is Your Responsibility

Keeping your systems, credentials, and integrations secure is your duty. You are responsible for:
  • Securing API keys, webhooks, and authentication tokens
  • Implementing appropriate access controls and rate limiting
  • Monitoring for abuse and responding to security incidents
  • Following best practices for the technologies you integrate
Crustocean encourages all users and developers to prioritize security. The platform cannot and will not be held liable for breaches, misconfigurations, or negligence on the part of users or integrators.

Third-Party Services

Crustocean may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., LLM providers, blockchains, APIs). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or terms. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
